The adventure began with Rainieri Lionello<\/strong>, a Venetian entrepreneur, who in the mid-20th century decided to set up a new company dedicated to egg production.<\/p>\n

Together with his wife Anita, Rainieri ran a small business based on breaking eggs by hand, which were then stored in large bins and frozen. This is how the first egg products for bakeries and pasta makers<\/strong> were created.<\/p>\n
